Preventive Foods

We have started a strong focus on preventive foods. It is up everyone on a individual basis to take care of there health, with there own day to day actions. The more the below can be incorporated into your day to day diet, the longer you will benefit for the rest of your life. There are several programs that we can set up to enable and support you to change the way you eat and the way you purchase.

One way that works well for many clients is to have a weekly retainer plus the cost of food and gas. This allows me to purchase healthy, organic, preventive foods, and taken advantage of the local and seasonal places to purchase. We will make sure you fridge and pantry are always stocked with the best food for your diet.

Another tear of this is to prepare the foods that were purchased. This can be composed into entrees, salads, snacks, and more. This will be billed on a per hour basis.

This works extremly well for those that work a lot and want to change there heath and eating habits. You will discover in a short time how this can drastically change the way you feel.

The statistics are more and more staggering each year. Currently 1 in 3 persons will get cancer. The
many potential causes of cancer in our environment such as air pollution, ozone, pesticides, herbicides,
chemicals, second hand smoke, viruses, bacteria and car exhaust are difficult to completely eliminate
from our lives. Since we cannot completely eliminate these poisons from our environment we must take
whatever steps are necessary to develop an internal armor against the possible bodily damage that can
